1. Introduction
Handheld refractmeter brix 0-80% is used to measure sugar content (brix) of sugary solution such as fruit juice, honey, soft drink, sodas and wine etc. for the purpose of quality management at production lines and pre-shipment inspection, or measure the concentration of various sauces (condiments) such as soybean sauce and tomato sauce, in order to monitor and ***ermine the best harvest time during production, processing and packaging. This meter can also be used to control the concentration of various industrial solutions such as metal cutting fluid, grinding fluid, cleaning fluid and quenching liquid. It is extensively applied in the field of foods, beverages, sugar refinery and agro-scientific research.
